U.S. Education Department Introduces Ombudsman and 6 Other Top Managers
The U.S. Education Department last week hired a team to help manage the modernization of federal financial-aid delivery to students and colleges. The department also recruited an ombudsman to help borrowers who run into problems with their student loans.
