U.S. Appeals Court Frees $62-Million NSF Fund for Internet Development

A U.S. appeals court has ruled that the money in a $62-million Internet-development fund was collected legally. That's good news for the National Science Foundation, which has already promised to spend the money on network-related projects at dozens of universities.
