U.S. Appeals Court Bars U. of Wisconsin From Forcing Students to Finance Political Groups

In a major decision restricting the use of student fees at public colleges, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ruled last month that the University of Wisconsin at Madison could not force students to finance campus groups that engage in political and ideological activities.
