U. of Wisconsin and Geron Corp. Decide It's Time to Kiss and Make Up
It wasn't so long ago that the University of Wisconsin and the Geron Corporation were trading lawsuits over the rights to commercialize a technique for deriving human embryonic stem cells, with Wisconsin accusing the company of trying to improperly monopolize the pioneering invention.
