U. of Wisconsin Press Inaugurates Series of Gay Autobiographies; Chicago Publishes Book on 'Gay Lives'
Is autobiography a quintessentially gay genre? Raphael Kadushin, humanities editor at the University of Wisconsin Press, is counting on it. Next month, he'll launch "Living Out," a new series of gay autobiographies, with Taboo, by Boyer Rickel, assistant director of the creative-writing program at the University of Arizona.
