U. of Wisconsin Decides to Appeal Student-Fee Ruling to U.S. Supreme Court

The University of Wisconsin System decided this month to ask the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold the use of mandatory student fees to finance campus political clubs and other groups, a practice that is common at colleges but that was struck down by a federal appeals court in August.
