U. of Washington Faults Study-Abroad Trip Leader
An independent inquiry into a University of Washington study-abroad program in Ghana has concluded that the program's director had failed to "appropriately handle" the challenges she and her students faced on the trip. The program was cut short after the medical evacuation of half of its participants last summer.
