U. of Vermont Buys Trinity College Property

The University of Vermont is buying the campus of Trinity College, a 75-year-old institution in Burlington, Vt., that shut down two years ago after a long stretch of financial troubles. The price: $14.3-million.
For its money, the university gets 21 acres and 17 buildings, including offices and classrooms, five dormitories, and a library. The university plans to use the property, in part, to house students, laboratories and offices that now occupy
