U. of Texas at Austin Develops Electronic System for Matching Roommates
Add roommates to the list of things students can shop for on line.
Administrators at the University of Texas at Austin are developing a Web-based system that will let students submit information about their interests and living habits, then get in touch with potential roommates who -- with any kind of luck -- won't annoy them to death by the second day of the semester.
