U. of Texas System Overhauls Pay of Endowment Managers
The University of Texas System Board of Regents has approved a compensation plan for its money managers that it hopes will give the institution a competitive edge by attracting the best investment strategists in the business.
The new pay plan at the University of Texas Investment Management Company will measure the performances of individual managers and of the endowment as a whole against those of the managers of endowments and foundations with more than $1-billion in assets. The
