U. of Texas Medical Branch and Boston U. Win Grants for 'Biocontainment' Labs

Many colleges are vying for a portion of the growing pot of federal money for research to defend against biological terrorism, and last week Boston University and the University of Texas Medical Branch, in Galveston, won the race for the two biggest such awards to date.
