U. of Texas Endowment Manager Decides on Full Disclosure of Investment Information
The board of the University of Texas Investment Management Company has agreed to fully disclose information about its investments, and some managers of high-risk limited partnerships are unhappy about the change.
The university's Board of Regents pressured the private management company, known as Utimco, to make that decision in September, after questions arose about the company's withholding of some performance data from public scrutiny.
