U. of Tennessee Webcasts Interviews With Presidential Finalists

Job interviews are nerve-racking enough, but imagine a whole university system watching while each question is asked.

That's what the two finalists for the presidency of the University of Tennessee system went through last month. While an 11-member search committee grilled each candidate, faculty members, students, and anyone else who was interested watched via the Internet and videoconferencing.
