U. of South Florida Settles Female Professors' Pay-Bias Lawsuit
The University of South Florida has agreed to pay five female professors a total of $144,000 to settle a pay-discrimination lawsuit.
The university also has agreed to deposit at least $750,000 over the next three years into a fund to help eliminate pay disparities among female and minority employees. Employees who believe they are not receiving compensation equal to that of colleagues with comparable positions
