U. of South Alabama Foundation Officials Sue 2 Trustees for Libel
In the latest twist in an escalating feud, two top officials of the University of South Alabama Foundation have sued two trustees of the university for slander and libel.
The move followed by a month the trustees' own lawsuit seeking to dissolve the foundation (The Chronicle, July 9).
The directors of the foundation, Frederick P. Whiddon and Aubrey Green, sued Jack R. Brunson and Donald Langham,
