U. of Rochester Picks a President; Behaviorial Scientist Takes His Team to Wake Forest
LAYING DOWN THE LAW: Joel Seligman, who has spent the past 27 years in legal education, is heading to a university with no law school -- as president. Mr. Seligman, 54, will make the switch from dean of law at Washington University in St. Louis to president of the University of Rochester in July.
A national expert in securities law, he joins a number of law deans who have moved into the president's office. In New York alone, former law deans are serving as presidents at Columbia
