U. of Pennsylvania, Doctors, and Ethicist Are Named in Lawsuit Over Gene-Therapy Death
In a lawsuit filed last week, the family of an Arizona teenager who died during a gene-therapy experiment at the University of Pennsylvania named as defendants the institution and its research team, as well as the ethicist who provided guidance on the procedure.
