TORTS IN SPACE: The University of Nebraska at Lincoln's College of Law will soon offer a degree program that's out of this world.

The university recently hired Frans G. von der Dunk, a space-law expert at Leiden University, in the Netherlands, to teach the space component of its newly launched program in space and telecommunications law.
