U. of Minnesota and Researchers May Receive Up to $300-Million in Patent Settlement
The University of Minnesota and two of its researchers stand to receive an estimated $300-million in royalties over the next 10 years, after settling a lawsuit with the pharmaceutical company Glaxo Wellcome over patent rights related to a new anti-AIDS drug.
