U. of Minnesota Moves Application Process for Federal Aid to the Web
Starting this summer, students at the University of Minnesota will be able to complete all of their federal financial-aid forms using a series of Web pages. The university says it is the first institution to offer a paperless federal loan-application process from beginning to end.
