U. of Minnesota Expands Scholarships for Low-Income Students
The University of Minnesota system will expand an existing scholarship program that covers tuition and fees for undergraduates eligible to receive federal Pell Grants.
Under the expanded program, the university will match Pell awards with an equal amount, which may give some students from low-income families money toward additional expenses, like housing.
