U. of Michigan Grad Student Charged With Hacking
A graduate student at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor has been charged with hacking into the university's computer system and using account information from more than 60 students and professors to forge e-mail messages and obtain copies of final examinations.
Ning Ma, a native of China, was arraigned this month in Ann Arbor on 23 felony charges related to the unauthorized use of a computer to eavesdrop. He did not enter a plea because he lacked a lawyer.
