U. of Maryland Technology Chief Resigns as Campus Shifts Priorities
Donald R. Riley, the University of Maryland at College Park's first and only chief information officer, has resigned after a review of his office's five-year record suggested that his involvement in several national information-technology efforts was obscuring the university's internal needs.
