U. of Iowa Scrambles to Get Power Back On by Winter

The University of Iowa, which suffered at least $232-million in damages when the Iowa River inundated its campus in June, faces a monumental task in getting its power system back online by November 1 so buildings will be heated this winter, officials said at a news conference on Wednesday.
