U. of Idaho Press to Shut Down, and U. of Georgia Press to See State Support Halved
DOWN AND OUT IN IDAHO: While some university presses are enjoying at least temporary relief from several years of financial woes, the news is not so good in Moscow, Idaho. The University of Idaho has announced that the University of Idaho Press, which was founded in 1972 and has published 8 to 10 titles each year, will cease operations on July 1.
