U. of Idaho Offers Public-Speaking Course Partially Online

Putting courses at least partially online can save a university some money without prompting student protests, one institution recently discovered.

The University of Idaho, along with just about every other public institution in the nation, was facing severe budget cuts in 2002. Spending reductions had to be made nearly across the board.
