When an outspoken personal-injury lawyer donated $10-million to the University of Florida's law school, many alumni were delighted.

But when the school decided to name the school after him, the delight turned to consternation for more than a few.

The lawyer, Fredric G. Levin, has had a winning streak in the courtroom. But he's also been reprimanded by the Florida Bar for betting on football games. A
