U. of Delhi Insists That Student-Government Candidates Be ... Students; Japanese Court Deals Financial Blow to Private Colleges
Many candidates wanting to run for office in University of Delhi's student elections hit a stumbling block late last month: The Indian institution insisted that those with political aspirations actually be students in order to run.
