U. of Colorado Ruling May Alter Enforcement of Title IX
Change could hold colleges more responsible for supervising athletes and recruits
Experts on higher-education law were divided last week on the likely impact of a federal court's decision to revive a gender-discrimination lawsuit against the University of Colorado at Boulder.
