U. of Chicago Professors Work on 2 Postcolonial-Studies Journals; Book Traces Saga of David Baltimore Case

Both Homi K. Bhabha and Dipesh Chakrabarty have positions in the University of Chicago's department of South Asian languages and civilizations, a magnet for scholars who work on "postcolonial" topics. Together they will teach a graduate course under the postcolonialism rubric this year. They have labored separately, however, to help create two new journals on the burgeoning topic.
