U. of California to Review Admissions in Wake of Critical Report
Amid questions about whether they are rejecting too many applicants with high standardized-test scores, University of California officials said last week that the system would convene a group to study that and other enrollment and admissions issues.
The nine-campus system's new president, Robert C. Dynes, who took office this month, said he planned to gather a group of regents, faculty members, and administrators to review the admissions process.
