U. of California System to Lead Suit Against Energy Company
First Enron. Now Dynegy.
Eight months after it was selected as the lead plaintiff in a class-action shareholder lawsuit against the Enron Corporation, the University of California system has won the right to assume the same role in a similar case against Dynegy Inc., another Houston-based energy company.
