U. of California Sues Note-Taking Company

The University of California system has sued a company that collects and sells lecture notes for college courses, alleging that the company harasses students and provides low-quality notes.

University officials this month sought a permanent injunction to keep the company from operating on the university system's nine campuses.

R.R. Lecture Notes pays people to take notes and then sells the material to students who did not take
