U. of California Settles With Dynegy
The University of California will share in a $468-million settlement of a lawsuit against Dynegy Inc., a Houston-based energy company that the university had accused of securities fraud in 2002. The settlement, in which the company did not acknowledge any wrongdoing, was announced in April.
