Tulane and Dillard Universities Plan to Reopen in the Spring
Tulane and Dillard Universities have announced reopening plans for the spring that include two semesters between January and the end of June for undergraduates at Tulane, and a proposal that the two New Orleans institutions closed by Hurricane Katrina share space.
