Tuition at American Colleges Rose Moderately
Tuition and required fees at American colleges rose at a measured rate over the past two years, according to a report released last week by the U.S. Department of Education. But given the recent downturn of the nation's economy, that trend is unlikely to continue, say officials at the American Council on Education.
