Trinity International Dismisses Law Dean Over Plagiarism Charges
Trinity International University dismissed the dean of its law school last month after investigating allegations that he had plagiarized parts of an article published in its law review.
Winston L. Frost confirmed that he had been removed from his position as dean and as president of the campus in Santa Ana, Calif. The private university has initiated procedures to remove Mr. Frost from his tenured position as a law professor as well.
