The European Union expands a project to make it easier for students to earn recognition for their work
Brno, Czech Republic -- The European Union is about to expand its experimental program to facilitate the transfer of academic credit among institutions in different countries. The move comes as the six-year pilot project -- the European Credit Transfer System, or E.C.T.S. -- is nearing its end.
