Top Canadian Colleges Criticize Survey

A number of Canada's top universities have refused to participate in a Maclean's magazine survey of alumni about their undergraduate lives, scheduled to be published in June.

Several university presidents wrote to the weekly national news magazine last month saying they had concerns about the survey's methodology and preferred the more rigorous National Survey of Student Engagement, known as "Nessie," conducted by the Indiana University Center for Postsecondary
