To College Employees, the Work Environment Is All-Important
Say you're offered two jobs doing much the same thing for about the same amount of money. One job is in a suburban office park, where you would have an office identical to everyone else's (overlooking the parking lot in front of Building C) and you would get your coffee from a vending machine in a staff room with bright fluorescent lights.
