To Cleanse Colleges of Sports Corruption, End Recruiting Based on Physical Skills
Alumni boosters of the Rutgers University basketball team celebrated noisily last fall when a 7-foot-tall recruit from inner-city Newark signed a letter of intent to enroll at the university.
