Tips for Using E-Mail With Students

Lucia Perillo's experience with e-mail highlights important considerations to keep in mind -- and signals the types of adjustments to make -- when using e-mail with our classes ("E-Mail and the Law of Unintended Consequences," Point of View, March 3).
