Third Student Sues U. of Colorado, Charging Rape by Football Players
A third woman has filed a federal lawsuit against the University of Colorado at Boulder, alleging that she was raped by two members of the university's football team following a party for football recruits in December 2001.
Two other female students who attended the party have also sued the university, claiming that they were raped by football players and recruits. The first student to sue, Lisa Simpson, did so in December 2002. The second, who remains anonymous, filed her lawsuit in
