Their Voices, Their Lives: Latinos at Dartmouth
Fifteen Latino students at Dartmouth College contributed essays to Mi Voz, Mi Vida: Latino College Students Tell Their Life Stories (Cornell University Press, 2007), edited by Andrew Garrod, a professor of education and director of the Teacher Education Program at Dartmouth. He spent 10 one-on-one sessions with each of the students and many others, helping them reflect on, and write about, the experiences and values that had shaped their lives.
