The World According to Bart?

You may not think of Bart Simpson as college material, but the University of California at Berkeley sure does.

The prime-time cartoon star was front and center this past semester in a course called "The Simpsons: Sitcom as Political and Social Satire." There was Bart on the class's television, engaging in grade-school hijinks with his dysfunctional town as a backdrop, all so that 50 students could explore the sad state of American society.
