The U. of Michigan Lures Cardiac Researchers Wholesale From a SUNY Campus; Financial-Aid Administrators' Group Chooses New Chief

MICHIGAN BOUND: More than two dozen heart-rhythm researchers at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University are leaving to go work at the University of Michigan.
