Grading AP Exams: The System Works
To the Editor:
I was saddened to hear of Daniel Doyle's embittering stint as an AP World History exam reader at Colorado State University (The Chronicle, Letters, August 7). I assume that it was his first and last time as a reader. In contrast, I have been an exam reader for the Educational Testing Service every year since 1998—six times for AP European History and then six times for AP World
