The Sounds of Science
Five eighth-grade boys sit before Mya Thompson, singing a Muppets song, grooving in their chairs, and giggling. A sixth slouches and plugs his ears with his fingers.
On a screen in front of them, spiky lines in purple, red, and yellow trace out their singing in real time, echoing graphically each "phenomena!" they yell and "doo doo de do do" they croon.
