The President Is Missing

There's no telling where the president of Santa Clara University will turn up.

A basketball game? Graduation? Next Saturday night's kegger?

"Who knows?" says James M. Purcell, vice president for university relations.

The Rev. Paul L. Locatelli himself is not missing, but two life-size cardboard cutouts of him are. They were last seen at an October celebration for the retiring president, where attendees could pose with them for pictures. And then they
