The Medical Use of Marijuana

Your article on marijuana failed to mention the primary barrier that medical-marijuana advocates face ("The Dope on Medical Marijuana," June 2). While the goal of a drug-free America that so many politicians claim to be working toward may appear to be an obstacle, it is the organic nature of marijuana that prevents its legalization.
